Arun ‘Rak’ Ramchandran is the president and global head of consulting and generative AI practice at Hexaware. He has also been leading the hi-tech, platforms and professional services (HTPS) vertical since joining Hexaware in 2017.

As leader of the newly launched Hexaware generative AI Consulting and Practice Unit, Rak is poised to transform Hexaware into an AI-first company that creates exponential value for its customers. In his role as Head of Consulting, Rak leads Hexaware’s enterprise architecture and technology consulting offerings that span multiple service lines and domain-specific digital transformation capabilities across all the industry segments it serves. He was also leader for the Digital Transformation Service Line until it was merged with the Digital & Software unit in Jan 2023.
