Steffen Hoffmann has been the managing director of Bosch U.K. & Ireland since August 1, 2024. He oversees the entire Bosch U.K.&I business.

Steffen began his career in 1992 at Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany as a management trainee and went on to hold several executive commercial roles in different countries, including Germany, Japan and South Africa.

Before taking over his current position in the U.K., Steffen served as the head of Europe (region 1) for northern and eastern Europe from early 2023 and he’ll continue to hold this role alongside the Bosch U.K. & Ireland MD position. As head of Europe (Region 1), Steffen focuses on enhancing regional cooperation and exchange at management level across European countries, including Austria, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Ukraine and the Nordic and Scandinavian regions. Before this, Steffen was President and CEO of Bosch Russia from early 2021 to December 2022, overseeing operations in the Russian Federation, Belarus, U.K.raine, the Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia. 

Steffen is married and has a daughter. He is passionate about cars and is a keen golfer.
