Steve Lewis is the Hong Kong Head of infrastructure and capital projects and global infrastructure technology leader at EY. He is a chartered surveyor and has experience working with organizations at a strategic, program and project level in the private and public sectors in the UK, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Steve has advised various governments on developing housing solutions through modern construction methods; attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) into the building sector to stimulate growth and meet housing targets; infrastructure digitalization and technology-enabled development and operation; setting up complex projects; and managing all elements of construction, operation, asset management, procurement and contract strategy, risk management, project controls structures, systems and methodologies, and major program organizational design.
