AI Business is delighted to welcome Chuck Martin as the new Editorial Director, AI & IoT for Informa Tech.
He joins us today with a wealth of experience and knowledge, from his work as a bestselling author and columnist, keynote speaker and podcast host.
He has been Editor of the MediaPost AI & IoT Daily, where he wrote the daily “Connected Thinking” column and was Editor of the mCommerce Daily.
A highly regarded keynote speaker, he has also emceed and moderated numerous industry conferences.
Martin’s latest book is "Digital Transformation 3.0" (The New Business-to-Consumer Connections of The Internet of Things), in which he details developments in artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things and their impact on businesses globally.
He’s been named #1 in Internet of Things Top 10 Influencers by IT Chronicles, listed in the Top 10 of "100 Top IoT Influencers" by Rise Global and listed in the "Top 100 IoT Influencers" by Postscapes.
Martin also hosts a podcast titled “The Voices of the Internet of Things with Chuck Martin,” where he converses with top executives from the companies driving the Internet of Things. He is author of Net Future, Mobile Influence (The New Power of the Consumer), The Third Screen, The Digital Estate (Strategies for Competing, Surviving. and Thriving in an Internetworked World) and eight other business books. His columns already appear regularly in AI Business and our sister site, IoT World Today.
He was Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire, 2007-2010, teaching Marketing Research, and Adjunct Assistant Professor of journalism at New York University while working at Time Inc.
